Marketing Coordinator

Aloha Footcare is now accepting applications for the position of Marketing Coordinator. Bring your passion for service and creativity to help strengthen our brand identity and broaden our reach—so we can extend quality foot care and support to even more seniors.

 

In this role, the Marketing Coordinator contributes to the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing efforts. The position involves identifying marketing strategies and promotional opportunities, facilitating internal collaboration, and upholding brand integrity across all communications.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, recommend, coordinate and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand presence both on-ground and online

  • Support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and client communications

  • Design and produce engaging marketing materials and content across print, digital, and social platforms

  • Manage and monitor program timelines, and conduct post-program reports which include metrics analysis that will support future marketing efforts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives and provide support whenever and wherever needed

  • Oversee client communications and analyze engagement and inquiry trends to uncover actionable insights that drive more relevant and impactful marketing campaigns.

  • Manage the organization’s social media presence and customer communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all platforms and audiences.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Experience working with digital and social media platforms in a marketing or communications capacity
